Phone interview

Shortlisted candidates will receive a call as the first step. This is an informal call, with the aim to clarify a few details and confirm time for a possible interview.

Interview

Our interview process is focused on reviewing your skills and expertise against the role you have applied for. We use real life scenarios as this gives our team the ability to determine your skills in line with our up and coming goals.
Offer
The offer

We endeavour to make decisions quickly as we know the waiting time can be stressful. We aim to get back to candidates within one working week, and more often within 72 hours. Often it is hard to contain our excitement and we want to bring our staff on board as quickly as possible!
